Why Aren't My Buds Forming?
Okay gues so this is the general gist of everything. This is my second time growing my first success growing a female. I vegged her for about 3-4 months then stuck her into flowering for about 2 1/2-3 months. The pistils are fully formed and are long and thick. However it seems like none of the cylaxes (sp) are forming buds. Am I do something wrong. I'm growing with about 3 75 watt cfls and a basic light because I'm poor and didnt have the finances for a good grow room. It's grow fine up and looks really healthy. Just wondering if there is a reason why it's take the plant so long to form the buds when the plant definitely looks indica and I assumed it would take long for the flowering. Any advice to what might be wrong?

Um...
If you vegged her for 4 months and she's been in flower for another 3 months.... first and foremost, she should be a MONSTER, but your only using 100 watts worth of light, so long story short, she isn't getting enough light. I switch mine over when they're about 8" tall (about 3 weeks) and put them under 600 watts for another 8 weeks, and mine finish at about 2' tall, fully formed.
I've heard of long sativa flowering cycles, but the longest indica I personally know of is about 14 weeks most of mine finish in 8, I have a few strains that finish in 12. Since you don't know the genetics and didn't post a pic, the only thing I can say is that you have poor lighting and its hard to induce flowering without a proper lighting / timing setup.
I'd also keep my eyes open for hermies, as its inevitable with such poor lighting

Actually she is about 4 1/2 ft and has bud sites every where, with well developed pistils and cylaxes. Lots of the bud sites have long frosty pistils and are starting to twist and get long as hell. She is definitely a female with no Hermes and I've been flowering her just fine with this lights. Since I read you can definitely flower with several cfls. My only real problem and question is why aren't the bud forming quick enough?

I can also post pictures from earlier if you would like. Since in my last thread everybody said the plant was looking good and told me to be patient but I think it's definitely takin to long.
