kinda a problem

This is my first time ever trying to grow i bought this clone and im not 100% sure if my plant is going to make it i have it in miracle grow moisture control soil and rite now its under a 200 wat bulb not sure how old it is cant be mor than a month or 2 and my mane problem is that the leaves are yellowing i dont put any nutes in it i havnt flushed it (not sure if i need to) i water it regurly when the soil feels dry with store bought water im completlely positive its a female and i think i might have spotted a bud but im not sure so i was wondering if a plant can bud prematurley. if any one can help that would be great i will try to upload photos
