Pretty much that's what I'm saying....and then again, it's just my opinion. I think anyone ordering seed online is on the radar...just not seen as a real big blip unless you're ordering a bunch...like more than one person could use. I have read in more than one forum where the package was confiscated by authorities and they sent a letter to the intended recipient stating if you want the contents then come and get it. I think the folks that are real paranoid about it are probably the ones that might be worth targeting. They're paranoid for a reason. The more I think about it, the more it seems like bootlegging during prohibition. Last year this time I would've voted against legalizing mj. 32 yrs later and I'm smokin it? Whoda thunkit?
