sativa seedlings tried to start with 5 leaves... and failed

So I have 20 fine young ladies from bagseed a few of them instead of having a nice set of 3 leaves pop up they have underdeveloped pairs of 4,5,and 6 leaves. Hopefully I described it good enough. No pictures till tomorrow. Will they be ok, slight mutation? They receive a lot ol light could that be it, none of my indicas are showing funky leaves
