when you harvest, do you trim the plant completely or not?
hey all
Sorry for having 3 in a row lol! (1 is an older post that got bumped when i replied to say thanks!)
So when I first grew I read about harvesting and the guy said he trimmed all the leaves off, large and small (manicured?) when he cut them down. Recently I read a post on here where the poster said not to do this as the plant carries out various chemical processes/interactions and requires the leaves for this (like how an apple isn't dead when it falls from the tree). So what is your advice on this, what do people do, trim all, trim shade, trim none? are there some good set times for this, like should i leave shade leaves on then cut them off then later trim the smaller leaves off?
Also, with the very small leaves around the bud itself, should I trim them or leave them?
Sorry for stupid n00b questions!

I depends little to the final result if you trim wet or dry, as long as the drying and cure process is proper. For some strains a wet trim makes it a whole bunch easier, for others it doesn't matter as much. I'd leave the buds on the stick though, I'd not manicure wet buds.

Trimming is easier wet. The cure is better if you trim dry.
