when you harvest, do you trim the plant completely or not?

(1 is an older post that got bumped when i replied to say thanks!) So when I first grew I read about harvesting and the guy said he trimmed all the leaves off, large and small (manicured?) when he cut them down. Recently I read a post on here where the poster said not to do this as the plant carries out various chemical processes/interactions and requires the leaves for this (like how an apple isn't dead when it falls from the tree). So what is Rating: 5
