Listen to music, play my clarinet, talk to friends, go on a walk, read, cook, etc etc etc. When I'm depressed, I dont think pot really cheers me up. Sometimes it just makes it worse.

Smoke, then throw on some Ben Harper and go to sleep.

If you just do stuff that makes you work but not think then it will get better. Try exercizing hard and for a long time

go outside. hang out with some positive people. jam the music really loud and sing it like you mean it!!!
