Twisted leaves

First time grower, question about twisted leaves.

Plants are only 13 days old (1/14/13), the strain is a cross of Blueberry and White Widow.

Here is my setup:

Lights: 24 watt 2 foot CFL T5 6500k 2,000 lumens, and a 400 watt HPS 56,000 lumens using a Lumatek electronic ballast with "super lumens" Running on a 18/6 schedule. (I just did the math and that's 14,500 lumens per plant, maybe this is too much?) Originally I was planning on using the CFL for veg and the HPS for flowering, but after reading some forum posts, I decided to use both the entire time to promote faster growth, possibly will stop CFL at flowering.
Other stats: Temperature has been steady between 73-76 during the "day" and around 65-70 at "night". Recently started adding co2, as well as nutes (3,2,4) at 1/2 dose. (the problem was prevalent before the addition of these) humidity is good, and no discoloration as far as I can tell.

Problem: The first set of leaves are twisted, I have 4 plants total, all of them have it to some degree, the one in the pictures is the worst. The plants seem to be healthy other than the twist. I'd like to think I did a good amount of research before starting this, and I have also browsed these forums and found various "curled leafs" but noting really like mine. I can't really think of anything else that you need to know, but if I forgot something, please let me know! And thanks for looking.

One last question, as you can tell one of my plants is much much smaller than the rest, about 1/3 the size at best. I did an incredibly "noobish" thing. The other 3 plants had already broken ground, so i waited about 36 hours and this last one still hadn't poked out of the dirt, so I gently dug down and exposed her prematurely. Besides the size, she is basically at the same stage as the others, same node / leaves and everything. What do you think will happen towards the end of flowering, just a smaller yield?

Edit: I'm getting a PH test kit today, I have been using distilled water, so I'm kind of assuming my ph levels are close to normal.

quick update: the PH from the water I'm feeding with is perfect, BUT the PH of the spray bottle I've been misting them with was low (5) could this be the issue?

Update: soil run off PH was low as well (4.5/5). Water going in was good (6). Would the twisting leaves be from a PH problem? Also noticed small yellow dots on the effected leaves. Any ideas?Attachment 288987

I realized my humidity was extremely low (around 20%). I got a humidifier and now it's around 45-50%. Hopefully this helps. I also flushed but the runoff still had a low PH (5). No more yellow spots have appeared, and the new leaves haven't twisted at all, so hopefully things continue to go well.

I have the same exact issue right now with one of my girls twisted first true leafs n is much much smaller than the others can't figure out the problem BUT the one thing I did notice was when I transplanted them the messed up ones roots seemed to be growing very strange n abnormal. If anyone here's familiar with this please chime in.

I was about to ask if you were using distilled my high self didn't see it. But new growers go distilled thinking its better, and it is but get cal/mag supplement. Also make sure not to mist when light is on. As to light I have 10,000 lumens per sqft and my seedlings got slight light burn, yours are fine though
