Will I test positive for marijuana on my drug test?

I have an internship through college that wants me to take a drug test (just found out last week). I was at a party on New Years and took a hit off a bowl maybe 3 hits at most, It actually basically was cashed. I had not smoked pot for 5 and a half months before that date (July, 4th). I am a male who is 6 feet tall and 175lbs, I am moderately active and very healthy. The research I have done online and through scholarly journals has said that it averages 3 to 5 days for a one time use, 7 days for occasional users (a few times a month), and 2 to 3 weeks for daily smokers who quit... maxing out at an average 30 days. It will have been 15 full days for me and I smoked one time after being clean for 5 and a half months. I know that it is stored in fat and have been drinking larger amounts of water and taking niacin and vitamin b supplements to help flush out toxins. I have a friend who's whole family smokes and they put several (5 to 7) drops of Visine (Tetrahydrozoline 0.05%) in their samples and it always works out fine for them. Should I just get up early and void a few times before hand... should I do that or just do it without adding anything?

I find it ridiculous that an occasional/responsible adult who had a small toking to ring in the new year with friends half a month ago is in such hot water! WITCH HUNTING!

By doing a Forum Search with the terms "niacin myth" and "drinking water useless", you'll discover that taking niacin and drinking water days or weeks before a U/A is of no help.

Nobody can realistically answer your question for you. And the so-called "cleanout timetables" should never be relied upon because they are almost always off the mark. Each persons body is different and there are too many variables to take into account. Only testing yourself with a THC test kit (using the first urination of the day for each test) can give you that answer.
