Mouth swab test in a few days, few questions about what I can do.

Okay I know there are a million and a half posts on here about stuff like this but I looked for stuff relevant to me, and for the most part I just found things that are 5-6 years old.

I'm a bigger guy fairly low metabolism, I haven't smoked in almost a month. I have a test this coming up Tuesday and was curious if there was anything I could do in the meantime to help clean myself and my mouth out so I make sure I can pass this. It's very important to me, will by far be the best job I have ever had in my life. I've read that for the most part swabs only detect stuff up to a week but I just want to be thorough because of how important it is. Anyone have any suggestions?

From what I have read I don't think you have anything to worry about providing it is only an oral swab test as they generally look for the parent drug and not metabolites. I'm not sure if it would have any beneficial effect but I personally would consider using mouth wash after brushing in the morning, and chewing gum prior to the test, nobody likes bad breath

lol I will definitely do that, I keep reading stuff like clean the inside of your mouth with hydrogen peroxide, and use mouth wash over and over again, but I don't really see that helping they aren't taking my skin it's my spit... anyone heard of them going farther back than a week?

Your fine. I wish I was in your shoes. Saliva is the THC test you want because it only lasts around a few days (defiantly no more than a week). Relax and you are fine.
