Attachment 288853
i walked into a hydroponics store to chit chat with the guys in there, i was telling em about my first grow project. when they asked what soil i was planning to use i said maybe ocean forest or happy from. they laughed and said no no no no, :that always a noob mistake. they said that stuff stays to wet,no drainage.then he says "use this stuff". which was the BM6 they had there. (bout $25)
anyone using this? is it really alot better? or they just trying to make a sale.Brown thumb Reviewed by Brown thumb on . BTW what you have is 78% peat moss and 22% perlite. That is considered a soilless mixture so you are gonna be using more nutes than you would with soil. Keep an eye on it cause that stuff is gonna dry out fast. Look up Coco or another soilless thread and it will help you through your grow.
