I also just noticed that 70watt HPS security lights are quite cheap... would a 70w hps be sufficient for 1 plant in a 50cm x 75cm x 160cm area?

really cant decide whether to go for self ballasted metal halide start-finish with the ability to switch in a cfl bulb, 150watt hid switchable, or a 70w hps floodlight start-finish..

I will probably be growing in a portable/canvas wardrobe... At first i was going to buy a CFL reflector (e40 fitting), and use a 250watt self ballasted metal halide from start-finish...
