Yes and No. 1st. You hu,idity level is really low for vegging seedlings and even lower for rooting cuttings. Not sure what the film could be coming from, especially without piks.

Is it wet or dry film?

Are your clones rooted already?

I will add this. I believe you have no adequate lighting. I am not a proponent of LEDs, although there are some LED lamps coming out that are producing decent small plants.
bitemybud Reviewed by bitemybud on . First time indoor grower!! New help,, please As i said it I am a first time indoor grower, and I am a bit confused at what my clone is doing. First off I am growing in a drip system hydro setup with a 240w 7 band led and i have 1 clone and 5 seedlings about 3 1/2 in tall. with that said, my grow room stays at about 23 degrees Celsius day through night. Ok well my problem is that the larger 2 leaves on my clone keep getting this white film on the top side of them, and i wasnt sure if this was a problem that i was doing or if it was some Rating: 5
