ummm, I don't think seeds ever produce on a plant without pollen. Your advice on different stress is accurate, and stress causes hermies, but no stress will make seeds magically pop out of a plant. You have to have male pollen sacks, or pollen from another plant grown currently or previoously; leaving a residue of pollen on walls, etc.
