NPK 20,20,20 for veg stage ???

my plants are going to enter the vegatative stage and im getting some info for nutrients .

i've read in Cannabis grow bible book and some other articles on the net and i figured out that the more amount of "N" in NPK is needed for the veg stage .

but it was hard in here where i live to find this kind of NPK so i did a little research again and i found out that the NPK 20,20,20 or 12,12,12 will be good also .

but because im the first time grower i'm worry about what im gonna use . is it really suitable for the veg stage or it'll burn the planet ??

should i really change what im gonna use ?? the 20.20.20 i meant
