anyway its been about three weeks now and the plant doesn't seem to grow any bigger.i transplanted it a week ago just in case it was the seedling pot being to small or something wrong with the soil.iv tried different things, more water, less water, less or no nutrients , more nutrients and things, but it just sits there the same.looks nice and healthy and all but just doesn't really move.Funny thing was it was the fastest germination process ever...popped up in 2 and a half days.

do i need some root blast or something? If anyone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated
You need patience, the plant is working on the roots at this point of its life. When the roots are established and strong, then the plant can concentrate on growing upward.

One of the reasons that soil growers use smaller pots at first is so the plant can fill the small pot with roots, and start growing upward earlier than if planted in a larger pot, where roots take longer to fill. Also I find that seedlings do not like a hot soil. I usually use something like FFOF mixed with coir on the 2 or 3 inch starter pots. When the seedlings have established roots, and are ready to repot into larger homes, then I can plant straight into a potting mix like Fox Farm Ocean Forest.
DO NOT attempt to feed seedlings, as you can do more harm then good by burning them with excess nitrogen that they do not need at this point in their lives. They can get all they need out of the potting soil. I personally do not add any nutriants at all until after I flip to 12/12. as the soil I use has everything it needs for the first 6 weeks of its life.

Just my own opinion
