Seeking advice asap!!!

this is my first attempt at a grow, not doinng to bad just bought 6cfl 100watt bulbs but only running 4 of them during veg is this normal this is a orange kush strain seed please tell ur advice on the light set ups

useing a epsom salt mix once every4 days for a better photosynthesis cycle. and have some miracle gro spikes idk if they do anything. i also have invested in asmall fan and humidity thermometer off amazon please tell me if this looks good and if im on right path of some solid orange kush nuggs thanks

this looks awesome, but the soil looks like you dumped about a gallon of water on it, or does the soil normally look like that?
