What route should I go?
Yep, and if they were to hold the job over your head, you would OWN that employer on the grounds of discrimination via genetic profiling, under the GINA Act.I can turn down that without jeopardizing my chances of employment?
With GINA in place, dont expect the employer to produce a consent form.
