Just by you posting this thread you have doubts about dilution.. Seems like you already know what you want to do and want us to support your choice. If you need this job, spend the few dollars and get Quick Fix.

I'm interviewing for a job at a hospital (IT related) and have some concerns and am wondering what route folks think I should be taking. I'm a 21 year old male, 6'2", 260lbs.
