The most dangerous ones, (stachybotrys), are black
Bud rot is brown and obvious.
Powdery Mildew is white, and tastes "funky", but is relatively harmless.
And, I don't see any there.

Looks like a case of grower impatience.
Didn't finish drying.
Or, unscrupulous dealers will add water weight, and sell you their tap water at <$10 a gram.

So, how does it taste?
