Well, it depends upon your condition. The best thing for you to do is check the NM Dept. of Health website for the qualifying conditions. Once you know you have one of the 16 listed, you have to find a NM doctor. Depending upon where you live, that may or may not be an easy thing to do. If you are in or near southern NM (Las Cruces) there is a group called Full Circle Health that will be able to help you. If you are in the Albuquerque area there is another group and I believe they advertise, so you shouldn't have any problems finding them.

I don't really have any prior medical records as I have never really had the insurance or the cash to visit the doc too many times. Any help would be super appreciated.
