maximizing yield (Not worried about height) what are best techniques?

I love the way your plants come out, so your just putting them in the 8" pots, how long do you veg before you put them into flower? Is this one strain, or are we looking at several strains? If it is just one, which one is it?

I veg for about 5 weeks. (3 weeks in a beer cup. 2 weeks in 8 inch pots)

Nirvana White Widows grow like that. So do Northern Lights.
