California Marijuana Decriminalization Drops Youth Crime Rate To Record Low: Study
hello. government conducted social experiments are only to provide information which they can use to their own benefit. governments will never provide the full truth, nor allow private research to influence their determinations. there is a correlation here between lowered youth crime, and that may be singularly the decriminalization. as Governor, the Arnold must have considered how much he smoked, or his friends smoked, at sixteen... and how harmless it is. keeping juveniles out of the criminal education system is a better alternative. society has to admit that cannabis has not destroyed the economy of California, nor is it growing couch zombies... YET!:hippy:... so decriminalization is good:thumbsup:
