If this is your only plant, there's not much you can do. This is what's called hermaphroditism, when a female plant starts to develop male pollen sacs. You can go through and pick them off with a tweezers carefully as to not dump pollen all over her. But you'll likely have seedy bud. Not the end of the world. On a positive note, seeds from a self pollinated plant will be about 90% female.

If you have more than one plant and this is the only one with this problem I would recommend cutting it now. It still a bit early for harvest but that's better than an entire crop of seeded bud. You can even pull it out and set it by a window for a week or so to let it mature just a bit more before harvesting her (err... Him?)

One of the leading causes of a plant going hermie in late flowering is light leaks. Try and make sure your grow space is COMPLETELY sealed off from any light source that could be leaking in.

Hope this helps!
