If that's the case I would add a good amount of perlite just to aid in aeration. I can't see anything else wrong with what you're doing, but if you fill out the troubleshooting form in my sig maybe ill catch something.

A white widow, an auto-flowering skunk and a purple haze (lets not start the "there is no purple haze strand anymore" discussion^^). Now the WW and Skunk are growing great but the purple haze is literally not growing. The plant seems healthy but it refuses to grow at all. 288215 This plant is, i kid you not, 10 days old.
