Hey, I noticed no one responded so ill do the best I can here. It's tough to tell what's going with such little information, but at a glance I would say you need to replant her. The soil you're using looks like it came from the ground which is no good for indoor growing. The soil needs to be able to aerate to get oxygen to the roots. Not doing so can cause the foliage to stunt it's growth while the roots desperately reach out to find some oxygen.
