I should note that I have indeed read N2's thread - several times - and have not bought any $40 magical potions or elixers because the guy with dreads at the headshop told me so....

I simply thought the excercise (to burn what little fat I have on me - I'm fully aware I can't "sweat out thc") and teas with cranberry pills COULDN'T HURT. I would not be silly enough to rely on these alone.
I've read heavy excercise, then 2-3 days of stagnation with an increase of fat in my diet MAY help.
Or is this wrong too?


I'm trying to understand what it is you suggest I do. It seems as though you're saying if my creatine levels as well as s/g are "normal" with a bladder full of water, I should pass.
Could you (or anyone else) tell me the amount of creatine you would take?
Again, I'm on the smaller size with fast metabolism.
