No you should not stop exercising unless the scheduled test is 3 days (or less) away. Again, youre not going to remove any THC from your system with magic potions and cranberry pills (alone OR otherwise), so stop wasting your time, energy, and money on this.

I've read heavy excercise, then 2-3 days of stagnation with an increase of fat in my diet MAY help.

Did you not read what Ive stated in the last paragraph of my post?

In other words, you cannot determine how much creatine you should take based upon the intake of other individuals, because once again, each persons baseline is different. You need to have some validity test kits at hand so you can test your baseline creatinine level before you load up - and test again after you load up and do your dilution.
