Okay I guess I didn't provide enough information. My plant already has multiple sites showing her pistils, some being pretty damn long. Also my plants has been on its 12/12 cycle for about 3 days. But none the less I was seeing if that tiny cluster forming near the branch and on the leaf of the other plant was beginning stages of budding.

I vegged her for a steady 2-3 months, about 38+ inches, alternating nodes, even the main stalk is alternating now. However this is my first successful female grow so far and I'm not familiar with what new forming buds look like. So if you guys could give me some advice or anything it would be greatly appreciated.
