Purple is a sign of deficiency, usually anyway. I think it's phosphate. If the leaves are purple and healthy then it was a genetic thing, but if the purple is on the stems and you find necrotic areas and it's spreading, then it's phosphate. Sometimes when temp swings 10-15 degrees from day to night, then you have purpling of leaves. I am assuming because the temp swing affects absorption.

But what I'm wondering is, why do my bigger fan leaves have a tint of purple in them? Is it because it's is a type of purple kush? Thanks! Rating: 5
