What am i doing wrong with my bong with ashcatcher?

I'll try and say as much details about it so it's easier to help me because I really want to stay high but I can't anymore since i bought this bong.. accidently broke my last one that was a great bong without ashcatcher.

First of all in the middle of the pipe that goes from mouth hole and where water is at there is some kind of i don't know if it's a perculator or not it can also be used as ice stop.
But I don't use ice it's already smooth for me.

If I overfill the "perculator" with water then water doesn't run down the pipe at all sometimes a drop might come through.
If I pour in water from the other side of tube then it keep dropping water though that goes to mouth hole.

There is a carbon hole as well below the "perculator" where the water is supposed to be the water that you bubble that has a pipe in it leading to the ashcatcher and the ashcatcher is like a minibong kindoff where theres also water that will bubble.

Ok i think I explained everything about the bong Ill now tell you how i use it.


1. i cover the carbon hole and inhale so all water starts to bubble except the water in the "perculator".
also i ofcourse lighted the weed so its producing smoke that gets sucked into the ashcatcher and keeps going and filling up the bong as well.
2. soon the bowl is done and the ashcatcher and bong is filled with smoke.

i have tested 2 different ways from now on..

3 a) I remove the bowl from ashcatcher and the most smoke dissapears from ashcatcher as i am inhaling.. im not sure if i feeel any smoke going inside me though.
OR
b) remove thumb from carbon hole and do something, i cant remember so good what happen in detail then but i just remember it wasnt really working to get smoke from away from the ashcatcher then...

4. if i did 3a then i now remove thumb from carbon hole as well and keep inhaling to try and get all the smoke from the bong as well.
it seems to be really hard for the smoke to pass though the "perculator" or something.

but the smoke is dissapearing at aleast.. or at least most of it.. during this entire process maybe 70% of the smoke is gone from ashcatcher + bong.
the rest i cant make dissapear no matter how long or hard i try to inhale.

i breath out after holding it for at least 3 seconds but i dont see any smoke.

i wait and dont really get high either.
first time i tested the bong i got a average high not really satisfied but now when i do it i dont even get tiny bit high.. no matter how many bowls i burn through.

i just dont understand where thesmoke is going if its not going inside me its not escaping through any hole either.
what the hell am i doing wrong? it was kinda expensive bong too and its about 15 inches tall so its not a mini bong either.

do you think they made the hole in the "perculator" way too microscopical which means this bong is shit or please tell me im doing something wrong because i will be so pissed if i wasted money on a bad bong.

umm cant find a edit button but i just tried it again because im hardheaded i guess and really want to get high but i just wasted more weed.
i just dont understand.
no smoke goes past the "perculator".. and also i dont think its a perculator anymore.. i think its dissi..something.
i also see a decent hole in it now but i dont know how it world really it cant really make water run through the pipe at least except drops of water.
but i know theres airflow atleast since i can make all water in entire bong and ash catcher bubble.

i have also really little amount of water in bong to make sure its not gonna need too much draft power.

i dont know what happens to the smoke it just dissapears magically, thers no leak becuase then i would see smoke escaping.
it also almost seems that the smoke somehow clogs the airflow so its harder to keep draft going the more smoke collects inside.
and then when the smoke is in the bong i keep trying in the ways ive explained first post to inhale it but i just cant.. 60-70% of smoke is gone magically and the rest is stuck inside the bong.
