Here's my thought on this kind of stuff- Human often forget that 'meaning' and 'purpose' are concepts MADE by humans. Many people find it really concerning that there may be no meaning or purspose to anything we do or to our lives. Myself, I find it quite comforting. It doesn't mean I don't beleive anything will happen after I die, it doesn't mean I don't beleive there's a God or gods... In fact maybe on some level this whole 'meaning' thing is a God-made concept! It doesn't even mean that don't believe perhaps we're all part of one big conciousness experiencing itself subjectively, or that we're all 'energy balls' or anything like that. It just merely means that I think life just 'is'. Obviously we're alive right now, why fret about it? Why fret about why when there is no why?

Well said, however don't burden your thoughts with useless concepts of 'God' or life after death. But if you continue on your path of thinking, you'll come to that realization yourself.
