Eating fatty foods vs non fatty food

I'm putting off my UA as long as I can. I am exercising every single day for at least a half an hour but I'm fat and I know I don't have much of a chance at getting this crap out of me in the near future. After spending most of two years clean I spent the last six months or so smoking about an ounce a month so I consider that fairly heavy use.

Either way, I'm reading a lot of conflicting reports. One guy says "eat no fatty foods at all to burn what you have" then another says "eat fatty foods to replace the dirty THC-laden fat cells with cleaner fat cells".

Just curious if anyone had any advice/opinion on this issue. Trying to give myself every advantage I have. Already been 10 days clean but still testing very positive on my at-home tests. Although that's not a surprise as I'm working out more which supposedly floods the urine and blood stream with THC metabolites.

How do you truly know that your test results were "very positive", given that home test kits are a pass/fail endeavor and lack the ability to give a quantitative value (unlike the GC/MS)?

Sorry for the adjective "very". I'm sorryt hat in all I posted, that's what you wanted to address. Won't happen again.
