Eating fatty foods vs non fatty foodI'm putting off my UA as long as I can. I am exercising every single day for at least a half an hour but I'm fat and I know I don't have much of a chance at getting this crap out of me in the near future. After spending most of two years clean I spent the last six months or so smoking about an ounce a month so I consider that fairly heavy use.

Either way, I'm reading a lot of conflicting reports. One guy says "eat no fatty foods at all to burn what you have" then another says "eat fatty foods to replace the dirty THC-laden fat cells with cleaner fat cells".

Just curious if anyone had any advice/opinion on this issue. Trying to give myself every advantage I have. Already been 10 days clean but still testing very positive on my at-home tests. Although that's not a surprise as I'm working out more which supposedly floods the urine and blood stream with THC metabolites.BigTacross Reviewed by BigTacross on . Eating fatty foods vs non fatty foodHow do you truly know that your test results were "very positive", given that home test kits are a pass/fail endeavor and lack the ability to give a quantitative value (unlike the GC/MS)?Already been 10 days clean but still testing very positive on my at-home tests.
