I have a NIDA/DOT method and I HOPE I'm just facing a urine analysis.

I'm a big guy. Like 6'2 about 285 lbs. I'll be cannabis free for 8 days when I take the test. It's a situation where they are testing everyone at an appointed time, so unless I call in sick with a REALLY great excuse I have to take it then. And even if I do, I'm going to have to face the music next time I go in anyway. I can't really substitute because, like I said, I have to go when they call me to at work so I have no way of heating it or keeping it on me all day while I work.

So I'm trying to weigh out my options. I got "The Stinger" extra strength (herbal drink). I'd like to take that but I keep reading that they test for those now too. So I'm wondering if I should skip that and just dilute?

In the meantime, I have a plan based on things I've been reading and here's what it is:

1) Exercise every day
2) Limit fatty foods and dairy to almost none
3) Drink tons of water every day all day
4) Take a over-the-counter diuretic every day
5) Take a multivitamin

My rationale is to sweat those metabolites and urinate them out best I can. Day of the test, I plan to drink gallons of water all day and keep peeing clear. I'll double up on my multivitamin so I get a little color. Best I can do is hope the dilution works or at least buys me enough time to keep sweating this crap out.


If anyone has any advice/suggestions for me please tell me. If I'm doing anything wrong, please tell me. IF you can point me in the direction of some good information I'llt ake that as well. I read all the sticky threads on ehre best I could, but some of that information is years old and I don't know how good some of it is anymore.
