More info needed. How far from the lights and what kind of lights?
How often do you feed and with what?
What kind of medium are you growing in?
How often do you water? do you use a ro filter?
PH?
Looks burned, either with too much fertilizing or do to lockout. You state that its closest to the top of the plant that the problem starts, than look to the temps near the top of the plant.
Sorry I could not be of more help, pictures of the entire plant would be a help as well.

hi, im using metal halide 250w light in soil and compost mix dont know ph as never checked and dont have tester was feeding every other day with phostrogen food, also the light was about 12" from top of plants.

i stopped feeding and just watered since posting and raised the light higher all plants seam to have recovered well and are growing again nicely. i have feed today for the fist time since posting, how often should i be feeding them?? they are on a 20/4 cycle. will post more pics shortly thanks again

I personally like a feed twice, water once schedule letting the plants get fairly dry between. One other tip, mix your nutrient solution weaker than recommended.. On my current grow, I'm using 2/3 of what I normally do and having great success.. I'm still using Advanced, but keeping the final solution < 550 ppm. Results are basically the same as what I see when using stronger mixes.

thanks for advise, i dont mix fert at the recomended dose anyway i use enough to make a litre and make a litre and a half with it, i topped the 3 biggest plants yesterday as i am limited by space. they are about 16" high any idea what kind of yeild i will get at that size (if there not all male fingers crossed) havent smoked and weed in 2 weeks now would be nice if i had something off them for xmas but think it will be new year before there ready
