Dispense rise here in Oregon are " hidden" ( law still argue with each other does not seem like wa/co where it sounds like dispenceries are readly available? they also seems to only be located in Willamette Valley, which in any direction is traveling a Minium of 100 miles one way. I was seeking a closer dispensary, I was ignorant as to a " hook up" lets say since Feds due supercied state law, none the less I'm stuck in the middle of a state/ federal law etc. meanwhile my card is not a " functional" as could/ should be, this is where I stand, so I am reaching out to close the gaps here and the others that I know exist, my local mm state application dept, does not offer info such as " hook ups" this is left up to patient. Sooooo I am and TRULY APPLOGIZE I have NO intentions of breaking any rules especially here where I could hopefully get help?
