[align=left] MARIJUANA IS LEGAL IN COLORADO AND WASHINGTON!!!! MEDCIAL MARIJUANA IS LEGAL IN MASSACHUSETTS â?? the 18th state to legalize medicinal marijuana. On the downside, Arkansasâ??s medical marijuana initiative is apparently losing as is Oregonâ??s marijuana legalization measure. In Montana an initiative to make Montanaâ??s medical marijuana laws more restrictive appears to be passing as well.

In any case, itâ??s TIME TO CELEBRATE and Wednesdayâ??s MAPP meeting in Riverside is going to be one BIG PARTY!!!!! This is really something to celebrate â?? the marijuana prohibition house of cards is about to crumble right before our eyes.

Yes we will be partying Wednesday night, but we need to start planning now to take advantage of the momentum these tremendous victories have given us.

When you read the news tomorrow about these legalization measures, you will hear the drug warriors intoning on how marijuana is still illegal under federal law and how the feds will come riding in on the white horses to crush their implementation and to vanquish us. Thatâ??s why we need to start work immediately and not make the same mistake we made in 1996 when Prop. 215 passed and we did nothing to ensure its implementation, but the cops did everything to prevent its implementation.

If we donâ??t act decisively now, our opponents will. So join us Wednesday, Nov. 7 at 7:30 p.m. to PARTY but also to begin the exciting, energizing, enervating and essential process of ending marijuana prohibition so that reefer madness and the drug warriors who are consumed by it will never show their ugly, mean, racist and authoritarian faces again.

Lanny Swerdlow vs Paul Chabot
Court Trail [/align]
For those of you who have been following my trials and tribulations with professional drug warrior Paul Chabot, my malicious prosecution civil lawsuit against him for my false arrest back in Oct. 2007 may be occurring on Monday, November 12. I say maybe because this trial has been postponed multiple times over the last two years mainly by Chabotâ??s lawyer.

This case has taken more twists and turns than a roller coaster at Six Flags Magic Mountain, but I will have a more detailed history and update on this in my next email newsletter so please watch for it. The trial, if it takes place on Monday, Nov. 12 is going to be explosive especially now that I will be representing myself. Yes â?? representing myself.
