Heat of a 300watt Duel Spectrum grow light

Hey, I was wondering if this (300watt Duel Spectrum grow light) would be enough to heat my single plant grow tent or would I have to find another way to heat it up?

Also would it be okay to put my new strawberry cough sprout under that light?

Any help would be appreciated

what about the hours that the light is off? You might consider a space heater hooked to a simple programmable thermostat. It is easy to hook up and allows you to manage the temperature very closely. Single plant tent though sounds tiny. Why don't you just put it in a warm room?
