The day of the test, I took about 8-10 niacin and drank 3 gal of water. 2 hours before the test I drank a gal of water and took about 5-6 multivitamins.
With a total of 4 gallons of water consumed on the day of the test, dont be too surprised if the lab deems the sample "diluted" due to diminished S/G and creatinine levels.

the test cost me $32, so I don't think it's expensive enough to be one of those industrial strength tests, I'm just taking it for school,
If this test is for school, why do you have to pay for the U/A instead of the school paying for it?
