Grow Tent VS. Build-A-Room

I can't seem to figure out the pro on choose one over the other. Other than the fact that you can disassemble the grow tent easily.
Yield wise is there a big difference?

Building a grow room - can you just make a good frame out of wood and "wrap it" in mylar? Plus ventilation and spots to hang lights etc etc..?

The tents have everything ready for you. Just a light and some fans and maybe a portable A/C. They have all the cut outs for ventig and light proof. sometimes it can be hard lightproofing a room. just get a good name cause some of the china knockoffs will off gas and kil everything.

On the othe hand you can build a room to the size you want. If your in a friendly MMJ state and own hat's the way I would go. Big enough room to get in and around the plants to take care and find any problems. Room is just a bit harder but better in the end unless you need to pick up in the middle of the night and leave.

Its a whole lot cheaper to build a box and you can make it any size you want. I built my own box and it cost me less than $20 (USD). I already had the wood laying around so all I had to buy was the screws and hardware. For the walls I used thin white sheets used to cover bathroom walls (also already had... being a pack rat can be very beneficial :thumbsup: ) If you dont have any materials just find a few construction sites and see if they have any scrap wood you can have.
