The tents have everything ready for you. Just a light and some fans and maybe a portable A/C. They have all the cut outs for ventig and light proof. sometimes it can be hard lightproofing a room. just get a good name cause some of the china knockoffs will off gas and kil everything.

On the othe hand you can build a room to the size you want. If your in a friendly MMJ state and own hat's the way I would go. Big enough room to get in and around the plants to take care and find any problems. Room is just a bit harder but better in the end unless you need to pick up in the middle of the night and leave.
