Advice on stashing long term

So I just started a new job last Friday and they literally instituted a new policy on drug testing when I was hired. Basically any kind of safety violation/accident results in a drug test. I've been clean for about a week and don't expect to be clean of THC for another 3-4 weeks. Of course I've been extremely careful on the job, but I'm the kind of guy that needs to have a backup plan.

My only option is stashing synthetic on me since they will drug test at the workplace on the spot. Shifts are generally 12 hours and involve continual lifting, walking and other physical activities. I was looking at the urinator, but I've read 2 9v batteries are required and they only last for up to 4 hours at a time. The investment is too steep for me at the moment so not doable.

I've looked at The Strap and that seems like it might be viable. I'm not sure if it would stick out (no baggy clothes at the workplace), if it would be enough to keep the synthetic at temp. without heat pads, if it makes noise while walking, etc. Microwaves/heat pads would not be doable since I'd be tested on the spot. I might be able to do 2 heat pads a night, but I'd like to rely on my body temp if possible. Anyone have experience with this item?

At the moment I've been practicing with synthetic wrapped in an ace bandage around my inner thigh. Temp is around 94, but it is ghetto rigged with safety pins and I'm not sure if it will hold for 12 hours a day.

Input from anyone that's had to hide long term would be greatly appreciated.

Also, someone will be in the bathroom with me if I were tested. Not staring at my junk or anything, just in there.

That's almost exactly what I was looking for. Not sure if the bottle will reach the body temp area, but I ordered a pair anyways.

yes they go all the way to that area but i just rubberband my heat pad to the qf and put it in an ankle sock then place it in the top third of the stash space and i forget its there half the time.
