Hello

Purchased 3x 36" fixtures with tube & they don't work. The tubes have something I hear sliding across when I tilt them. I've tried turning the tube around and using the clockwise setting feature. The plug is in and the switch turned but no light. Am I doing something wrong or are all 3 dead on arrival?

The mighty T5HO bulb manages to function without any moving parts inside. I have tilted mine in every direction possible and have heard nary a rattle, slide or any other sound inside of the bulbs... I daresay nothing moves when I do it. Perhaps you have some special bulb?

More likely the UPS guy had his way with your boxes, dropping them soundly on this side and that. The bulbs probably didn't have a chance. Evil delivery guys... I don't like them at all. I suspect you have an insurance claim here. Go get him.
