DOT-regulated tests are unobserved unless youve been suspected of tampering; or if its a followup/return to duty test. Read post #10 of this thread:

So, the only difference between the powered and Quick Fix is the powdered isn't already "mixed" up and ready to go?.....They are both synthetic ?
Depending on brand, synthetics come in either powdered (mixing required) or already premixed and ready to go.
