I thought powdered wasn't synthetic......?.....I'm new to all of this so I don't know....but from what I have read here, Quick Fix is the best way to sub, and the main worry is getting the temp in the correct range.....?

After 15 years in the same company, I no longer have a job......"restructuring"......(whatever THAT means)..... I have a chance at getting on at another company, but I am a regular user, (pot), and cannot pass the pee test within the next week or two.... I think my only option would be to sub....(diluting seems kinda "iffy" to me) Assuming that both methods should be handled the same way, (temp wise, etc), which would be the safest way to go?
