Do the testing facilities tell you pass or fail on the spot?
Depends on the facility and the type of test. Some facilities are certified to conduct on-the-spot instant testing, while others have to send the sample to another facility for any analysis.

I smoked on average, about once a day for the past few months. I stopped two weeks ago but smoked once last Thursday. The stuff we get is average, nothing super. I am 6'6" tall and weigh 220lbs, with a 36" waist (and I am fairly fit and active) and I am over 40.
