The gender issue was not really my question and I have read just about every post on this forum.
Based upon what youve stated here gives off the impression that you were asking a question in regards to gender testing:

I feel pretty good now that I have seen POPS recent results subbing female urine but I of course am still nervous and looking for some peace of mind. The good news is the only form I signed outside of the sign in sheet which was just my name and time arrived was the COC form. At the bottom it clearly says "I authorize the collection of this specimen for the purpose of a drug screen" It goes on to say that the specimen is mine and that I allow the results to be submitted to the employer. It does not say anything about gender testing or other tests other than a "drug screen".

What are your thoughts toast? Or POPS? Or anyone who has had the same experience with subbing female urine for your own.
As far as your other questions go:

1. On my original paper work it said 9 panel drug screen. However they did not do an instant test at labcorp. They took the pee, verified the temp, filled a smaller vile sealed it with a signed label and had me pour the remaining urine out in the toilet. Is this normal?
Often, the site of sample collection and the site of analysis are at different locations - likely because the former is only certified to collect samples and not to conduct analysis. No big deal here.
2. On the chain of custody form it again says "yes" to temps between 90-100 with no additional comments. It also says "split specimen NO" and "Collection Observed NO" it then says specimen bottle released to FedEx. Is this normal?
Yep. Non-DOT tests can be either a single collection or a split collection. If a sample is deemed to be in the proper temp range, no additional comments are necessary.
Then it says "Test requested by employer 729712.0001" nothing about 9 panel on the COC form. What is your opinion on this?
Just a test inventory code number for the lab conducting analysis to refer to.
