As promised I'm posting my results.....just a little over 24 hrs. since my test at Quest and the employer contacted me to say my test came back NEGATIVE!!! Anyone worried about the validity of the advice you find on here shouldn't be, these guys give solid advice that should ease your mind as far as testing goes. The sub method that worked for me...clean urine and a hand warmer in a sock, stuffed in the jock (btw, it held perfect body temp for 1.5 hrs). I also have been able to find threads on here that say taking male or female urine in for a substitution doesn't make any difference. However, there are just a couple of unanswered questions that are bothering me. I'm going in to Quest tomorrow to take the test described in the title.
