Think I passed my drug test?

I haven't smoked since July, and even then I only took 2 good hits, BUT there have been a few occasions where I was in an enclosed room for a period of time with other people who were smoking. The last occurred about a week before my drug test. I took a standard home test, and I passed but I know probation offices have lower threshold cutoffs (20ng, 15ng) so i'm worried that my THC may have been above that. I am 6 "1" and weigh aroung 145lbs. I took the test around 2 weeks ago, and I haven't heard anything back yet. I'm freaking out.

Based on the information that you provided (exposure) you should be clear. It is very unusual for external exposure to result in incorporation into hair (THCA) but not impossible. Much depends on method or reporting.

I am in the same boat! I am 6'2" 211 lbs 15%body fat. I neve work out and don't drink water. I am a once in a whe smoker but used to smoke a lot when I was a kid(im34) I haven't smoked in 7weeks and took a drug test Monday afternoon.. Do u think I will pass.. I'm shitting a brick!!!

It was a urine test. It was for probation, but it was at a lab that I took the test. Do they go ahead and do a confirmation level EVEN IF you aren't above the threshold to begin with?

No. It would be pointless and a waste of money for both the lab and client to have a confirmation test performed on samples that tested negative on the initial assay screen.

I had to pay $75 for the UA. That's why I'm so worried about the initial cutoff level. I think seeing as it is a probation office, they're interested in finding out the EXACT level of THC or at least having a lower initial cutoff (20ng) I don't mean to sound redundant, but I am seriously freaking out over this.

Its more than $75 for a GC/MS test, especially if more than one drug is being tested for. And its highly unlikely that the lab will perform a GC/MS at a giveaway price. Like all businesses, labs are in to making a profit and they are not likely going to imperil their profit margin by arbitarily running confirmation tests when theyre not needed, especially at a giveaway price.

My probation office has a deal with cut the hospital to provide the testing at a discount. When I went to take the test, the nurse indicated it was a "send out" and I had to watch them label it and everything. So given the information given above, DO YOU THINK I PASSED?

Youve stated that you took your test 2 weeks ago (now going on 3 weeks as of this writing). In the world of drug testing, no news usually means good news. You wouldve been notified if there were any problems with the urine sample.
